Kinney Towing has two nine-car carriers and one seven-car carrier,also in our fleet is a five-car carrier.all designed to transport your vehicle with the utmost in damage free transport.
We were one of the first companies back in the early 1990's to bring the newest innovations in the towing industry This was the car carrier whose main focus was to transport exotic vehicles. Now with the automotive industry coming to all wheel drive, 4x4, and 4 wheel steering vehicles the car carrier now has become the norm of the towing industry.
Now the latest and most innovative feature of the car carrier is that it can also be used as a flatbed for transporting goods and small construction equipment. We do this type of service for all of our approved accounts.
One feature that should not be overlooked is the tie down procedure of the towing facility to secure the vehicle to the bed of the car carrier. There are two types of tie down procedures, providing that there are straps on all four corners of the vehicles, this procedure is used nationwide. Straps have been tested in actual crashes where the tow truck has overturned going at a speed of 60 mph with a vehicle strapped on the bed and ended up on its roof. When they overturned the car the simple reason that when you chain the front of the vehicle down and chain the rear of the vehicle down the suspension is rested and gets pulled in two different directions.
Our car carrier can transport load using the bed to load and unload a safe working load of five tons. If the bed is not tilted it can handle loads up to eight tons evenly spread out. This procedure is handles by the tow truck operators. We also transport:

The car carrier can also be reserved in advance for a pickup at a later date for a scheduled move if needed. Our car carrier utilizes straps for transporting vehicles anwhere. It is available "Anytime --Anywhere" for your convenience.
Our car carrier is also utilized in the cleanup process after a recovery procedure that has left more debris than we can put in our storage containers. We always use a tarp to cover our load so as not to litter the roadway.
